I have always found myself to be lazy and laid back when it comes to eating, this became much worse when I had my first baby. Not only did I gain weight in pregnancy but once my baby was here I could not find the time to exercise regularly or eat regular home cooked meals. Thanks to hypnotherapy I now feel more relaxed about food. I very quickly started to see the pounds go from my waist and legs I have now dropped a clothing size and still going.
