Fees: Relaxation taster session – up to 45 minutes £40.00
Full session – up to 90 minutes £70.00 | Stop smoking – 1 session £150.00 | Hypno-Gastric Band – 4 sessions  £ 290.00

The first session will include a full assessment, the therapy itself and CD for you to take away and listen to at home to reinforce the therapy.

I appreciate at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, so that I may offer space to someone else.

When I make an appointment for you, that appointment is a definite booking, and I have put time aside for you. Cancellation fees may apply to last-minute changes, and I may request a deposit for your next booking.

When you make an appointment I will make sure I will put aside enough time so we can get know each other. It is important that you feel comfortable with me and it is normal for people to feel a bit nervous about their first visit to a hypnotherapist.
